58pk Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "58pk" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 58pk.org and all associated services, features, games, and interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with, accesses, or uses the 58pk platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the 58pk platform, associated with a unique username, phone number, and PKR wallet balance.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any gameplay activity conducted using funds deposited into a 58pk account, as distinguished from any free-play or demo mode where available.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credit awarded to a Player's account by 58pk as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or other incentive scheme.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "Agreement" / "Terms" refers collectively to this Terms & Conditions document in its current and any future revised form.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of 58pk is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering an account, you confirm, represent, and warrant that you are aged 21 or older at the time of registration. 58pk takes underage access extremely seriously and employs age verification procedures to enforce this requirement.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 58pk platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, with all balances and pending withdrawals subject to forfeiture.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 58pk reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided.

2.4 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 58pk is lawful in your jurisdiction. 58pk makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in all locations. You must not use the platform if doing so would violate any applicable law or regulation in your area of residence.

3.1 Account Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 58pk account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any other interactions with the platform, whether or not authorised by you.

3.2 Credential Security. You must keep your username, password, and any security codes or OTPs associated with your 58pk account strictly confidential. You must not share these credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 58pk staff members will never ask for your password — any request for your password from a person claiming to represent 58pk should be treated as an attempted fraud and reported to our support team immediately.

3.3 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 58pk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 58pk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Account Suspension. 58pk reserves the right to suspend or place restrictions on any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any suspension period, account balances may be temporarily frozen. 58pk will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate outcomes to the Player.

4.1 Accepted Methods. 58pk currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and USDT. Available payment methods may change from time to time and the current list is always displayed in the account cashier section.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 58pk is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.

4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. 58pk reserves the right to return funds received from third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated 58pk account pending investigation.

4.4 Currency. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If a deposit is initiated in another currency, it will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. 58pk is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Only funds classified as Real Money balance (not Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the 58pk KYC verification process.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your 58pk account.

5.3 Processing Time. 58pk aims to process withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day. Larger withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional security review, which 58pk aims to complete within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 58pk reserves the right to require withdrawals via a specific method for compliance and anti-money laundering purposes.

5.5 Verification Requirements. 58pk may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account.

6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games on 58pk contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution percentages for each game category are available in the promotion terms for each offer.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 58pk platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail except where the specific game rules are more restrictive.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All 58pk casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified to ensure fairness. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment and broadcast in real time from certified studios.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or game malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet, 58pk reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. Winnings generated as a result of a verifiable technical error will not be paid and will be voided. 58pk's decision in such matters is final.

7.4 Disconnection. If you are disconnected from a game mid-round, the game round will typically continue on the server and the result will be recorded. 58pk is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party network issues.

8.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 58pk platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account on the 58pk platform, whether under your own name or under any other identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with 58pk games or systems;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in 58pk's games or platform, whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain;
• Conducting or facilitating any chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent transaction in connection with your 58pk account;
• Attempting to launder money or use the 58pk platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive conduct, or threatening behaviour toward 58pk staff or other players;
• Reproducing, distributing, or otherwise exploiting any 58pk content without written authorisation.

8.2 Consequences. 58pk reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions upon detecting or suspecting prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension or permanent closure; forfeiture of all account balances including Bonus Funds and pending winnings; referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and recovery of any losses incurred by 58pk as a result of the prohibited conduct through civil proceedings.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the 58pk platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, images, and audio — is the property of 58pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. 58pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 58pk content.

9.3 Third-Party Games. Games available on the 58pk platform may be provided by third-party gaming studios. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios and their licensors. Use of such games is subject to the studios' terms as incorporated into 58pk's platform licence agreements.

10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. 58pk does not guarantee any specific outcome in any game. All gaming activity involves risk. Results are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer outcomes, which are inherently random and cannot be predicted or influenced.

10.2 Platform Availability. While 58pk endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure.

11.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. All registered 58pk Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings:

12.2 Closure by 58pk. 58pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by 58pk — your licence to use the platform terminates immediately. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 14) shall continue to apply after termination.

13.1 Right to Amend. 58pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are material, 58pk will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through the platform or via email to registered users.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 58pk platform following the publication of any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming operators under 58pk's international gaming licence.

14.2 Dispute Resolution — Initial Step. In the event of any dispute between you and 58pk arising from this Agreement or your use of the platform, you must first contact 58pk's support team at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. 58pk will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from the Agreement if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
